About Us
Taba Dale

Ms. Taba Dale
founded the parent company TABA, Inc. in 1979 as a fine art dealership. With commercial space in Bethesda, Maryland, she developed a prestigious corporate clientele, including Saatchi & Saatchi, MCI, Boeing North America (Rockwell International), Georgetown University, TIAA, Fidelity Management & Research Co., COMNET, Schering-Plough, Hanley-Wood, Inc. Harvey Construction, Lockheed Martin, Merrill Lynch and many other national and international companies. As a private dealer, Ms. Dale has facilitated acquisitions that included Milton Avery, Helen Frankenthaler, Morris Graves, Hans Hofmann, Lee Krasner, Morris Louis, Pablo Picasso, Jackson Pollock and other blue chip artists. She currently continues to function as a private dealer.

In 1988, Ms. Dale developed a specialty in golf art for her business and established Scottsdale Collection. By 1994, when the Internet changed the world, she was the first to market golf art online with Golfdata and later with GolfWeb. She also became a vendor at several high-profile tournaments throughout the 1990’s.

Eventually, the blending of her 30-year background in fine art with a passion for golf evolved into an awareness of golf course architecture as an art-form. Seeing golf landscapes through the eyes of world-class photographers and painters led to the appreciation of the beauty, mystery and charm of the game of golf. As her first-hand exposure to links courses in Scotland and Ireland grew, so did her desire to share the adventures of these magical moments, which were literally life-altering.

Ms. Dale is a member of Loch Lomond and Machrihanish Golf Clubs in Scotland and Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona.

She also organized a second one-man show for Miller at The United States Golf Association in Far Hills, NJ. Mr. Kevin J. McGrath

Mr. McGrath’s
success in business has enabled him to play golf at a high level throughout the world. In his first foray into the golf industry, he spent three years in 1997 - 2000 researching and building the nucleus of a unique internet-based home exchange company specifically for golfers called The International Golfers Exchange Register. By the end of 1999, he had developed a dedicated custom-built interactive internet software system for the business, had liaised with over 400 private and semi-private golf clubs worldwide in countries as diverse as Australia, France, Ireland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, the U.K. and USA, signing up over 200 of them to the affiliated club network. Having interfaced with golf club owners, managers and members all over the world, he developed an extraordinary network and consequently obtained a valuable perspective into the psyche of people who play golf and travel widely.

This experience, as well as his ability as a single-digit handicap golfer since pre-college days, has provided enormous opportunities to partner with and play alongside leading professionals, including Major winners, Padraig Harrington, Bob Charles (- the first left-hander to win a Major!) and Bobby Nichols, many highly-ranked amateurs, including Joe Carr (- three time British Amateur Champion and 10-time Walker Cup player) and titans of industry.

Using his extensive contacts and relationship-building skills, Mr. McGrath then set up a golf travel business and over the past nine years, has amassed a substantial clientele for whom he arranges custom golf tours around the globe, but mainly into Ireland and Scotland. It was through this business that he agreed to partner Taba Dale four years ago when she moved to Scottsdale AZ and decided to launch a golf travel business to promote golf tours for the many thousands of golfers in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas.

Mr. McGrath is a member of Portmarnock and Lahinch Golf Clubs in Ireland, two courses ranked in the Top 100 Courses in the World, and also Troon Country Club in Scottsdale. He is a member of Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Rating Panel, an elite group of passionate golfers consisting of course architects, historians, leading professionals, and well-traveled golf enthusiasts. His involvement in the golf industry over the past 13 years has allowed him to connect and network with many of the top industry personnel, and this, coupled with other relationships developed over four decades, gives him access to key golf industry leaders.
